CuteBaby Loyalty Points

CuteBaby Loyalty Points is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

How to join?

Create your account on our website filling up your detail including full name, email address and phone number so we are able to find you in our system. 

How do I earn points?

There are 3 ways to earn points:

  1. Make purchase, every dollar you spend on our non-sale items equals to 1 point
  2. Refer to our friends and your friend make a minimum order of $20 with us, you will be issued 200 points per referral
  3. Visit us regularly. you will be issued 20 points every months as soon as you visit us once.

VIP Member
When you have spent $1500 on non-sale items you will now be a VIP member and you will receive 10% off future full priced purchases!

Please note, the exclusive VIP discount excludes other promotion discounts (ie will not also receive a $25 credit when spending $500). 

Please note delivery cost as service will not be issued for points.

How do I view my point balance?

As soon as you login, your point balance is on every page in the bottom bar.

How do I redeem my points?

With every 500 points you can redeem $25. Simply click bottom programme bar and go to Redeem Points Section. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.  Please take care of the voucher redeemed like cash, if it is used by someone else, we will not issue replacement.

Points less than 500 cannot redeem voucher.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Does my points go expired?

No, loyalty points do not expire. 

Can I transfer my points to my friend?

No, points cannot be transferred to another member.

 What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

  • Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

When do I receive the points if I pay by lay-by?

Points for laybys will not be added until the layby is completed. 

Can I use my points during checkout?

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
